Casual Days for Charity is a program at Shorewest, started by current Chairman of the Board Don Horning in 1994. One Friday each month the employees at Shorewest, REALTORS® Wisconsin Mortgage Corporation and Heritage Title Services dress casually for a donation of $2. This money is then matched by shorewest and donated to a different charity each month, and Shorewest’s Family of Companies and sales office take turns choosing the charities. In 2012, Casual Days for Charity raised a total of $16,984.58.
In 2012, Shorewest hosted 14 casual days, one each month as well as two extra casual days in support of the Waukesha Food Pantry and the Realtors® Relief Fund for Hurricane Sandy. Many of the offices chose charitable foundations based on personal experiences of someone in their office and share the reason for selection with the rest of the Shorewest Family. The charities supported in 2012 include:

- Family Sharing of Ozaukee County, Inc. — Cedarburg/Grafton Office
- Love, Inc. — Burlington Office
- Food Pantry of Waukesha County — Brookfield/Waukesha Office
- Bryon Riesch Paralysis Foundation — Wisconsin Mortgage Corporation
- Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation — Heritage Title Services
- American Cancer Society — Corporate Office
- Wounded Warrior Project — West Bend/Hartford and Waukesha Offices
- Susan G. Komen Fund of South Central Wisconsin — Watertown Office
- Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Wisconsin — Southride Office
- Tammy Gayle Family — South Suburban Office
