Erin is absolutely the best of the best. I couldn't recommend her enough - she is so sharp, always so prepared, and a true expert in Door County real estate. She was such a fantastic negotiator for us (which is truly hard to come by) and goes above and beyond for her clients. We've purchased a lot of homes (15+), and she is by far the most knowledgeable, sincere, and effective. There's a lot of realtors out there who may be perfect likable and seemingly committed, but Erin blows all of those folks away. She comes prepared, has done a ton of research about each home, contract or deal, and knows her stuff. She was available DAY AND NIGHT with enthusiasm, sincerity and an infectious passion for what she does. She's so responsive and negotiated a really tough deal for us, and we are so grateful!
